Stillwater is a one-of-a-kind pendant inspired by quiet depth and layered light. At the centre sits a serene Peruvian blue opal, chosen for its soft, opaque glow and calming sky-toned hue. Beneath it, a smaller crystal opal rests gently, introducing movement and subtle flashes of light that shift with every turn.

This pairing was selected for the way the stones naturally complement one another — the calm, steady presence of the blue opal held above the living light of the crystal opal below. Together, they create a sense of balance and flow, like still water revealing depth beneath the surface.

Peruvian blue opal is traditionally associated with peace, emotional clarity, and communication, while crystal opal is linked to intuition, creativity, and inner light. In this design, the stones speak quietly to one another, forming a composition that feels thoughtful and grounded rather than ornamental.

Both stones were cut and finished in-house, allowing their natural character to guide the final form. The 9K yellow gold setting is intentionally minimal, designed to support and frame the stones without distraction, enhancing their natural colour and luminosity.
